Staff Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth psychological assessments using secure telehealth platforms, which include conducting developmental history interviews, behavioral observations, and standardized assessment methods.

• Administer, evaluate, and interpret autism-specific assessment instruments suitable for telehealth implementation (e.g., BOSA, TELE-ASD-PEDS, remote rating scales).

• Synthesize information from various sources, such as parent interviews, rating scales, school reports, medical records, and direct observations to develop diagnostic insights.

• Create differential diagnoses concerning autism spectrum disorder and concurrent conditions (e.g., ADHD, anxiety, developmental delays).

• Generate clear, clinically valid diagnostic formulations that align with DSM-5-TR criteria.

• Compile thorough psychological evaluation reports that encapsulate findings, diagnostic outcomes, and tailored recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong enthusiasm for engaging with neurodiverse individuals and their families.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting psychological evaluations, which includes adept clinical interviewing, autism-specific assessments (such as the ADOS-2 and associated measures), and other standard assessment tools.

• Experience in tele-assessment methodologies.

• Familiarity with the BOSA assessment tool.

• Knowledge of the TELE-ASD-PEDS assessment tool.

• Practical experience in providing services to neurodiverse individuals.

• Clinical experience working with children, youth, and young adults.

• Openness to learning and collaborating as part of a team.
