Staff Psychiatrist, MD or DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care via telehealth for various conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, which encompass mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy as needed.

• Offer compassionate, respectful, and patient-focused care.

• Adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines and responsible prescribing methods.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists through consultations and case discussions.

• Utilize technology and operational systems to provide dependable telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an MD or DO degree in psychiatry.

• Hold an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• An active DEA individual practitioner registration is requested during the application process.

• Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medication management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfort and competence in providing care remotely and utilizing electronic health record systems.
