Staff Psychiatrist, MD or DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care via telehealth for various conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, which include mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy when suitable.

• Offer compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.

• Apply evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing guidelines.

• Collaborate with fellow psychiatrists through consultations and case discussions.

• Utilize technology and operational systems effectively to ensure dependable telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree in psychiatry.

• Valid, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Active DEA registration as an individual practitioner.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.

• Proficient in clinical assessment, diagnostic abilities, and medication management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable providing care remotely and proficient in using electronic health record systems.
