Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care via telehealth for a range of conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, which include mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy when suitable.

• Provide care that is compassionate, respectful, and centered around the patient.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical colleagues through consultations and case reviews.

• Effectively use technology and operational systems to provide dependable telehealth services.

• Engage in innovative practices and contribute to the advancement of high-quality mental health care.

• Valid, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.

• Proficient clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfort with delivering care remotely and navigating electronic health record systems.

• Dedication to providing patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

• Active DEA individual practitioner registration is mandatory as per the application requirements.

• Must have authorization to practice as a PMHNP without any individual restrictions or disciplinary actions.

• Temporary, inactive, expired, suspended, or revoked credentials will not be accepted.

• Standard statewide collaboration or supervision requirements are permissible.
