This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee essential Trust & Safety initiatives aimed at minimizing harmful experiences for our users.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams (such as Product, Engineering, Legal, and others) to proactively recognize and address risks to user safety.
• Utilize data-driven frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and business objectives.
• Remain updated on industry best practices and emerging risks tied to new technology products and contexts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of content moderation ecosystems, including standards for policy implementation and scaled review systems.
• Proficient in using metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools to detect trends and enhance outcomes.
• Capability to analyze and refine comprehensive Trust & Safety systems, encompassing policies, review processes, and tools.
• Strong grasp of online safety concerns, including data privacy, misinformation, and fraud.
• Solid understanding of AI safety challenges, such as fairness, accountability, and transparency.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience engaging with a diverse array of stakeholder groups.
• Background in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proven capability to navigate a wide range of Trust & Safety projects, swiftly adapting to new problem areas, policy domains, and operational requirements.
