This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in the daily management of administrative and operational tasks under the guidance of the STINGRAI Business Operations Lead.
• Facilitate daily internal business operations across various functional departments.
• Aid in project coordination, logistics, recruitment, resource procurement, and management.
• Support the implementation of all subcontracts associated with STINGRAI.
• Collaborate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders across the task order, leading communications across multiple internal business areas to ensure the involvement of relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with aspects of program administrative and financial management, primarily focusing on financial reporting and control, contract and subcontractor management, security management, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentation templates, continuous improvement initiatives, and portal content.
• Responsible for creating and distributing templates to standardize the administrative elements of project setup and execution.
• Work with the Program Support Office (PSO) to guarantee that subcontractors receive onboarding training and support, ensuring compliance with AAS policies and the accuracy of RIPs, TARs, Trip Reports, and invoicing.
• Coordinate functional matrixed support, providing clear guidance, oversight, and accountability in collaboration with shared services leadership, and promptly escalating issues when necessary.
• 8 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6 years of relevant progressive experience with a Master's degree in a related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 12 years of relevant progressive experience.
• Experience managing projects related to defense contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, showcasing teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Establish and maintain relationships by engaging with business leaders to build credibility, address challenges, create consensus, and achieve goals.
• Self-driven and decisive, with the capability to adapt to changes and competing priorities.
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical staff at all management levels.
• Flexible with a demonstrated ability to adjust to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
