GRC Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) Program Manager is essential in ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant cyber laws, regulations, and information security policies and standards.

• Develop, execute, and oversee cyber risk management and technology compliance activities as part of a comprehensive program.

• Accountable for the deployment and enhancement of a governance, risk, and compliance tool while executing one or more cyber risk management initiatives.

• Carry out program-related responsibilities that may involve: planning, scheduling, and supervising internal/external user attestations across the organization; evaluating and advising on third-party cyber risks; reviewing and negotiating cyber contracts; and coordinating IT components of both onsite and virtual audits/assessments (e.g., SOC1/2, PCI DSS/NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF).

• Evaluate and monitor the governance and effectiveness of the program (e.g., QA reviews, control testing).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of eight (8) years of pertinent experience in cyber GRC, technology controls consulting, PCI/NIST CSF assessments, IT internal/external auditing, or cyber risk management.

• At least five (5) years in a GRC program manager or similar position focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating information security, technology compliance, and cyber risks.

• Experience in implementing a GRC tool (Optro, Vanta, Drata, OneTrust) and control automation is mandatory.

• Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
