đź“‹ Description

• Serve as Wrapbook’s Release Manager: Take charge of the release process at Wrapbook, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD), as well as Client Ops and GTM. Collaborate with project leads on Quality Assurance to guarantee that testing procedures, release readiness, and quality benchmarks are regularly achieved.

• Act as a Player-Coach: Lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers while actively participating in release management and pivotal programs. Establish high standards for execution, communication, and collaboration, and hold the team accountable for achieving those standards. Cultivate a culture of accountability and inclusivity where TPMs can excel.

• Promote Clear Communication & Alignment: Set a standard for flawless cross-department communication, ensuring that updates, risks, and decisions are communicated with clarity and consistency. Serve as a liaison among business, product, and technical teams, creating alignment on roles, responsibilities, and readiness at each phase of build and launch. Prepare release notes to ensure that our cross-functional partners are well-informed, as we prioritize over-communication to guarantee they understand our actions and their rationale.

• Assess and Enhance Impact: Determine how we evaluate release success, analyze outcomes, and apply insights to improve future launches.

• Facilitate Program Execution: Collaborate with EPD leaders to pinpoint where Technical Program Managers can provide the greatest value—whether by spearheading strategic initiatives, coordinating intricate cross-group efforts, or ensuring execution against critical business priorities.

• Manage Key Accounts: Supervise program management for essential customer accounts, coordinating among Engineering, Product, and Design while partnering with Client Ops and Sales to deliver exceptional early customer experiences.

• Commit to Continuous Improvement: Identify obstacles, streamline processes, and enhance how Wrapbook aligns, builds, and launches. Your success will be evaluated not by the number of processes implemented, but by the tangible benefits your improvements bring to predictability, efficiency, and stakeholder trust.

• Advocate for AI-Enhanced Workflows: Demonstrate and encourage AI literacy within the TPM team, QA processes, and EPD organization. Utilize agentic workflows, AI-driven tools, and automation to boost throughput, minimize manual coordination, and expedite release cycles. Assist the team in recognizing opportunities where AI can automate repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on more impactful challenges.

• Familiarity with program management and incident management tools (e.g., Linear, PagerDuty).
