Staff Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Exhibit technical leadership and expertise in the realms of observability and/or security.

• Take on the role of thought leader in managing intricate deployments of Cribl products while collaborating closely with customers to address their specific challenges.

• Collaborate with a team of highly skilled and dedicated colleagues across Engineering, Sales Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.

• Spearhead and manage complex customer engagements, acting as the technical authority to ensure successful architecture, design, development, deployment, operationalization, and documentation.

• Enrich Cribl's learning ecosystem by developing valuable resources such as best practice documentation, informative blog posts, thorough runbooks, engaging workshops, and effective training materials for customers.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer, enablement, coaching, and mentoring for team members, customers, and/or partners.

• As a remote-first company, work occurs across multiple time zones, and you may occasionally need to perform tasks outside of your regular working hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics, showcasing proficiency in advanced technical concepts and methodologies.

• Extensive knowledge in deploying and managing AWS/AZURE/GCP Cloud environments, including advanced configuration and optimization techniques.

• Exceptional expertise in Big Data Analytics tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, and Azure Sentinel, with a comprehensive understanding of their technical nuances and practical uses.

• Proven experience with complex Enterprise applications, including proficiency in deploying and managing Kubernetes, Docker, and other automation technologies.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with both Unix and Windows operating systems, skilled in utilizing command line interfaces and GUIs to perform complex tasks.

• Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, with recent experience in developing scripts and automation workflows.

• Capable of effectively communicating and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including technical personnel and executive-level partners, showcasing strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues, consistently exceeding customer expectations.

• Adaptable to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working independently and remotely from other team members.

• Relevant software industry experience in areas such as IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics.
