Staff Product Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Shapes and directs the product portfolio strategy for CVS Health's ISTS organization.

• Establishes connections across engineering divisions that significantly influence work processes.

• Creates and maintains portfolio documentation that VPs and Chiefs of Staff utilize in their decision-making.

• Compiles insights from related functions into comprehensive cross-VP portfolio perspectives.

• Engages continuously with internal engineering communities through surveys, workflow observations, and feedback sessions.

• Implements a shared product vocabulary and standard operating model across PM teams.

• Promotes the adoption of portfolio practices and capabilities among executive leadership through effective communication and credible advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in technical product management, product operations, or technical program roles, collaborating primarily with engineering teams.

• At least 3 years of experience in large enterprise technology organizations (preferably with over 5,000 engineering personnel).

• More than 1 year of experience in influencing VP-level and engineering stakeholders without direct authority.

• At least 1 year of experience in mapping and enhancing complex operational systems across multiple teams, demonstrating a diagnostic approach before making recommendations.
