Staff Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and presentation of roadmap deliverables

• Design and sustain AI-native workflows utilizing Claude Code

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure that feedback and analytics inform product strategy

• Lead cross-functional initiatives, offering program management support for product projects

• Oversee the comprehensive process for collecting, synthesizing, and directing customer feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a similar field

• Outstanding project management, planning, and organizational capabilities

• Proven history of overseeing multiple complex, high-priority projects

• Practical experience in constructing AI-native workflows

• Strong proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools

• Highly analytical with a process-driven approach

• Deep empathy for global teams and customers

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Highly self-motivated with sound judgment

• Excels in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
