This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Reduce process overhead, establish the foundation for data-driven decision-making, and enable product managers to enhance shipping speed and business results.

• Foster the adoption, integration, and operational implementation of our cutting-edge internal and external AI toolkit within our newly established AI Native Pods.

• Design the next evolution of our Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

• Streamline each phase of the process from Discovery to Roadmap Planning to Release Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline accompanied by 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• Demonstrated success in leading the implementation, change management, and widespread adoption of large enterprise software platforms, developer tools, or enterprise-wide Agile/DevOps transformations.

• In-depth knowledge of emerging AI tool chains, developer agents, and LLM capabilities.

• Strong structural comprehension of traditional product frameworks (Scrum, Lean, Design Thinking).

• Outstanding communication abilities with a proven track record of partnering with and influencing VPs of Product, Engineering Directors, and senior risk leaders without direct authority.
