Product Manager – AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation for InRule's positioning in AI, data, and integration.

• Continuously analyze and track the AI market ecosystem.

• Convert market signals into a validated and defensible position for InRule in the agentic AI landscape.

• Generate product requirements that pinpoint opportunities, establish goals, and define success metrics.

• Manage the comprehensive strategy, market positioning, and execution roadmap for InRule's AI, agent, and MCP initiatives.

• Collaborate with colleagues to formulate InRule's data product strategy and execution plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, focusing on platform strategy, AI/ML products, and data products.

• Proven ability to assess rapidly evolving technology markets and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

• Previous experience as a software engineer, architect, or a highly technical product leader.

• Knowledge of API and AI architectures, along with data integration methodologies.

• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and tools—such as LLM agents, tool usage, AI harnesses, and memory systems—and experience collaborating closely with engineers on system-level product decisions.

• Capability to derive strategies based on measurable customer and business outcomes.

• Outstanding written communication skills, adept at crafting persuasive external narratives, product specifications, and executive-level strategic documents.

• Experience with iPaaS platforms and enterprise integration ecosystems.
