This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Taking Ownership of Projects from Start to Finish: Overseeing projects related to new processes, workflows, internal tools, and systems — from the initial idea and analysis through to implementation, result monitoring, and optimization.
• Expanding Product-Ops Across Europe: Executing the Product-Ops strategy in Italy, France, Austria, and Germany, while standardizing processes and customizing best practices to fit the unique characteristics of each market.
• Listening and Enhancing: Collecting feedback from various teams regarding customer experience and internal processes to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
• Connecting the Dots: Ensuring that processes are streamlined, in line with company strategy, and supportive of business objectives — while effectively communicating internal product updates and releases to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Meaningful Reporting: Assisting management with structured reporting and analysis regarding the projects that have been delivered.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops, or Operational Excellence roles (or similar), with a proven track record in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
• An adept user of tools: extensive knowledge of major CRM, project management, ERP, workflow, and AI platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Google Apps Script, Claude, Gemini, n8n).
• Proficiency in English: essential for collaboration across our four markets.
• Adaptable and proactive: comfortable in dynamic, evolving environments, quick to learn, and view change as an opportunity. You don't just execute — you actively investigate problems until you identify the best solutions.
• Skilled at Simplifying: capable of making even the most complex challenges comprehensible, beginning with simple and effective solutions before scaling up — possessing excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Results-oriented and collaborative: you prioritize efficiency without compromising quality, meet deadlines under pressure, and view personal and business growth as an ongoing learning journey.
