• At Rezilient, we aim to transform primary care by enhancing the convenience, timeliness, and seamlessness of healthcare access. Our innovative CloudClinic model merges virtual provider visits with state-of-the-art technology to deliver a tailored digital healthcare experience that prioritizes patient care. By optimizing care delivery and consistently broadening specialty services, we empower our care team to concentrate on patient wellness while ensuring the most thorough and accessible care possible.
• Our technology-driven approach enhances the primary care experience, allowing our doctors to treat members as whole individuals rather than merely a set of symptoms. If you are a clever, versatile individual eager to explore the intersection of healthcare, technology, and startups, this position is for you!
• As a Product Operations Specialist, you will be deeply engaged in the daily operations of our dynamic and fast-paced startup atmosphere. You can expect to gain hands-on experience in building and managing a clinical service line along with the product, operations, and technology that support it. You'll be responsible for ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborating with leaders from various departments will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.
• Key Responsibilities:
• **Tooling & Board Management**
• - Oversee and maintain product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similar) to ensure that boards, workflows, and dashboards are accurate and current.
• - Act as a super user and internal expert for product tooling, addressing team inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and onboarding new users.
• - Enhance cross-functional visibility by managing reporting views, sprint boards, and roadmap artifacts that keep stakeholders aligned.
• **Support Product Analytics**
• - Build and maintain product KPI dashboards (activation, retention, feature adoption, engagement).
• - Assist in conducting funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and highlight opportunities.
• - Collaborate with data engineering to ensure that product events are accurately instrumented and tracked.
• - Work with the Technical Product Manager to generate regular product performance reports for leadership.
• **General Product Operations**
• - Help sustain a single source of truth across product team resources and knowledge bases.
• - Identify areas for process improvement and operational workflow enhancements.
• - Provide general operational support to the Technical Product Manager and product team as needs evolve.
• - Collaborate closely with engineering and external operations teams to ensure smooth product-related processes and communication across verticals.
• **Documentation, Training & Release Support**
• - Create, maintain, and continuously refine training materials, process guides, and how-to documentation for product tools and workflows.
• - Partner with the Technical Product Manager to translate complex processes into clear, accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• - Develop release documentation including release notes, feature summaries, and internal communications to support go-live activities.
• - Assist the product team during release cycles by coordinating checklists, tracking readiness, and ensuring documentation is complete prior to launch.
• - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• - 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a health-tech startup environment.
• - Highly organized and detail-oriented — a builder who appreciates "process".
• - Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
• - A strong operator who excels at creating structure from ambiguity.
• - Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Asana, or comparable platforms.
• - Excellent written communication skills — capable of producing clear documentation that people will read and use.
• - Highly organized with a strong attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• - A collaborative, service-oriented mindset — you take pride in empowering others to excel in their roles.
• This opportunity allows you to influence the future of healthcare within a culture where your ideas and contributions significantly impact the organization’s trajectory. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous paid time off, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.
