This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product operating cadence across the portfolio, which includes planning rhythms, roadmap reviews, launch readiness, business reviews, and status communication to ensure teams remain aligned without causing delays.
• Develop and uphold prioritization, intake, and decision frameworks that assist product leaders in evaluating tradeoffs clearly and consistently across various suites, strategic initiatives, and shared platform dependencies.
• Manage and enhance the product management tooling strategy throughout the portfolio, encompassing the systems, workflows, documentation, and data integrity that facilitate trustworthy, scalable, and effective planning, prioritization, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for product leadership and the CPTO.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, and Program Managers to minimize operational friction, clarify ownership, and establish repeatable workflows from discovery to launch and post-launch review.
• Oversee product launch readiness practices, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Enablement so that launches are thoroughly scoped, communicated, and operationally prepared.
• Create and sustain a dynamic view of the competitive landscape, encompassing established competitors, adjacent entrants, and AI-native challengers, transforming that information into battlecards, win/loss themes, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct structured win/loss and churn analysis in collaboration with go-to-market teams, translating recurring patterns into inputs for product, pricing, packaging, positioning, and roadmaps.
• Convert product usage data, customer feedback, support trends, market research, and field input into actionable insights regarding adoption, engagement, retention risk, and feature impact.
• Partner with teams utilizing Pendo, Gong, Salesforce, NPS, CRM, and related systems to define appropriate metrics, enhance signal quality, and develop self-service dashboards and health views for product leadership.
• Establish and continually improve automated product-health monitoring systems that aid the organization in identifying emerging issues, adoption gaps, and opportunities proactively.
• Design and maintain templates, repositories, playbooks, workflow standards, and tooling conventions that enable the product organization to scale without each team having to recreate its own operating model.
• Support AI-driven product and operational workflows by determining where automation is beneficial, where human review is necessary, and what constitutes solid evidence before AI-generated analyses inform decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in product operations, product management, program management, strategy, business operations, product analytics, or a similar cross-functional role within a SaaS or software environment.
• Proven experience in creating operational systems, cadences, or decision frameworks that have scaled product organizations rather than just supporting one-off initiatives.
• Strong comprehension of modern product operating models, including portfolio planning, launch readiness, product development workflows, feedback loops, and metric design.
• Demonstrated capability to synthesize data from multiple sources and convert it into clear recommendations for product and executive leaders.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering, revenue teams, and customer-facing functions to foster alignment without formal authority.
• Familiarity with product analytics, customer feedback, and collaboration tools such as Pendo, Gong, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, product roadmap tools, spreadsheets, or similar systems.
• Excellent written communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to create decision-ready briefs, scorecards, dashboards, and operating updates that circulate widely with minimal revisions.
• A high degree of comfort with ambiguity, a keen attention to detail, and the discernment to balance standardization with practicality.
• Proven ability to responsibly utilize AI tools to expedite and refine product operations tasks, including research, synthesis, reporting, workflow automation, documentation, and operational model enhancement, while clearly understanding where human review and evidence validation are necessary.
• Fully remote work, allowing you the flexibility to perform at your best from anywhere in the continental U.S. (unless otherwise stated).
• Subsidized healthcare plans, including orthodontic coverage, with HSA options that feature employer matching.
• Company-paid disability and life insurance, with the possibility to enhance coverage through voluntary plans.
• Comprehensive Paid Time Off, encompassing Flex PTO for salaried positions, paid parental leave, company holidays, and paid volunteer service time.
• Retirement savings with employer matching, vesting with every pay period.
• Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care.
• Optional supplemental coverages, such as accident, hospital, and critical illness insurance, identity theft and credit monitoring, and legal protection services.
• Significant recognition and tangible rewards that celebrate achievements, enhance motivation, and acknowledge both individual and team success.
