• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a similar field

• Practical experience as a Product Manager

• Proficiency in systems thinking at the process level

• Significant fluency in AI technologies

• Proven history of driving adoption in organizations with high autonomy

• Excellent written communication skills
