Staff Product Manager – Voice AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy, execution, and quality standards for HighLevel’s VoiceAI product.

• Gain a thorough understanding of agencies, local businesses, call-centric industries, and the operational tasks VoiceAI needs to accomplish.

• Establish and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for HighLevel VoiceAI.

• Collaborate closely with engineering on telephony architecture, speech behavior, and infrastructure scalability.

• Partner with design to streamline VoiceAI setup and agent testing.

• Enhance the quality of AI agent interactions through improved prompts and customer feedback mechanisms.

• Ensure VoiceAI's capability to update contact records, initiate workflows, and gather structured data.

• Develop integrations between VoiceAI and various business tools.

• Propel monetization and adoption of VoiceAI and AI Employee plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in product management, particularly with significant involvement in complex B2B SaaS, AI, communications, automation, CRM, or platform products.

• Previous roles as a Staff PM, Principal PM, Lead PM, or similar senior individual contributor product position.

• Strong product judgment in AI-driven user experiences, especially in contexts where reliability, trust, latency, and outcome quality are critical.

• Deep understanding of at least one of the following areas: voice AI, contact center software, telephony, conversational AI, workflow automation, CRM, customer communications, AI agents, or developer platforms.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage credibly with engineering on LLM behavior, APIs, webhooks, telephony systems, latency, data pipelines, observability, model trade-offs, and scalability.

• Strong systems thinking: capable of connecting VoiceAI with contacts, calendars, conversations, workflows, opportunities, knowledge bases, billing, permissions, and reporting.

• Clear comprehension of SMB and agency-led SaaS business models.

• Strong customer empathy and the ability to convert complex real-world use cases into straightforward, scalable product experiences.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• High level of ownership and execution speed.

• Outstanding written and asynchronous communication abilities.

• Comfortable making difficult prioritization decisions among customer requests, quality enhancements, revenue opportunities, technical debt, and compliance requirements.
