Staff Product Manager – User Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate a professional onboarding journey starting from registration and identity verification to the collection of credentials and readiness for the first shift.

• Maintain a strong focus on expediting the transition from sign-up to compliant and active participation on the platform.

• Go beyond simple UI enhancements by actively integrating AI-driven workflows and autonomous solutions to address manual, high-friction onboarding processes.

• Serve as the most exacting and clearly defined user of our internal credentialing rules engine, ensuring that onboarding has the necessary resources to provide a swift, clear, and confidence-inspiring user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years in marketplace or platform products that involve supply-side onboarding complexities.

• Proven track record of enhancing funnel conversion in environments that are credentialing-heavy, regulated, or compliance-centric.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing AI agents or automated intelligence within production workflows.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to link onboarding efficiency directly to business results such as supply liquidity and fill rate.

• Established ability to lead and deliver results across various ownership boundaries, collaborating effectively with engineering, compliance, and fellow product teams.
