Staff Product Manager – Supply Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience from registration and identity verification through to credential collection and readiness for the first shift.

• Maintain a relentless focus on speeding up the process for professionals transitioning from sign-up to compliant, active work on the platform.

• Go beyond simple UI enhancements by integrating AI-driven workflows and proactive solutions to address manual, high-friction onboarding challenges.

• Serve as the most demanding and precisely-defined user of our internal credentialing rules engine, ensuring onboarding has the necessary tools to foster a fast, clear, and confidence-inducing user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 3 years focused on marketplace or platform products with complex supply-side onboarding.

• Proven track record of enhancing funnel conversion rates in credentialing-intensive, regulated, or compliance-oriented settings.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing AI agents or automated intelligence within operational workflows.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to correlate onboarding throughput directly to business results such as supply liquidity and fill rate.

• Established capacity to lead and deliver across various ownership boundaries, collaborating effectively with engineering, compliance, and peer product teams.
