This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advocate for the Spaces product vision: Take ownership and advance the strategy for how businesses discover, assess, and reserve spaces through Engine.
• Prioritize the customer experience: Manage the consumer-facing product from the search phase to booking completion.
• Enhance conversion and engagement: Identify points where customers disengage and develop features that drive improvement.
• Lead the charge in automation and AI-driven innovation: Minimize friction throughout the booking process with intelligent tools and AI-based recommendations.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and RevOps to deliver impactful results.
• Manage essential metrics: Establish and track KPIs related to conversion, engagement, supply utilization, and net revenue.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management with a proven history of managing consumer-facing products — preferably in marketplace, booking, or travel/hospitality sectors.
• Possess strategic thinking capabilities combined with precise execution skills.
• Demonstrate a keen design sense and profound customer empathy.
• Tech-Savvy: Additional advantages for experience with AI-powered search or recommendations, personalization systems, or RFP/contracting workflows in the events or hospitality industry.
• Be a proactive builder who acts with urgency and a strong inclination towards action.
