This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This position takes full ownership of the challenge. You will develop a residential CRM that is seamlessly integrated within ServiceTitan, incorporating scheduling, dispatch, pricebook, service agreements, and marketing, and engineered specifically for an AI-driven future.
• Create and implement the product roadmap for the Residential CRM, covering everything from the fundamental data model and workflow architecture to AI-enhanced go-to-market features.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions with residential contractors, customer service representatives, and office managers – ServiceTitan product managers engage with customers frequently, and this role is no exception.
• Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategies in conjunction with product marketing and finance, focusing on monetizing an AI-enhanced product.
• Work alongside marketing to define positioning, go-to-market strategies, and launch plans, serving as the subject matter expert they need to excel.
• Develop the customer enablement and onboarding framework, establish what a successful time-to-value looks like, and collaborate with customer success to achieve those goals.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to enhance the commercial approach, refine the pitch, understand the buyer's perspective, address objections, and identify barriers to conversion and retention.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management with a proven history of delivering products from inception to scale.
• Extensive expertise in CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products – you comprehend how these systems function internally.
• A sincere insight into what AI-first product design entails in practical terms, extending beyond AI as merely an added feature.
• Experience in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise clients within high-volume transactional settings.
