Staff Product Manager – Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Enhance the authorization rate, directly impacting the company's profitability while maintaining sustainable growth for the subscriber and client base.

• Minimize payment losses resulting from chargebacks.

• Develop, communicate, and assess your product strategy with internal stakeholders to secure their support for fraud prevention initiatives.

• Lead product planning and create a comprehensive roadmap for your product.

• Collaborate closely with data and engineering teams to derive actionable insights and knowledge from raw data that facilitates sound product decisions.

• Establish OKRs, goals, metrics, and KPIs, and monitor their progress.

• Oversee our backlog and conduct meetings with engineers, data analysts, designers, and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in leading impactful product development with a demonstrated track record.

• Results-oriented and data-driven, with a proven capability to leverage metrics and insights to iterate and achieve outcomes.

• Highly organized, with clear communication skills and the ability to keep stakeholders informed in a timely manner without the need for frequent calls.

• Proficient in understanding numbers and extracting valuable insights from data to support informed decision-making.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, comfortable navigating uncertainty and making pragmatic decisions in less structured environments.

• Collaborative and approachable, functioning as an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience in the payments ecosystem is not a requirement.

• A sense of curiosity, a solid grasp of AI fundamentals, and a readiness to learn about AI are also essential.
