Staff Product Manager – Marketplace Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Facilitate a seamless onboarding journey from registration and identity verification to the collection of credentials and readiness for the first shift.

• Maintain a strong emphasis on expediting the process for professionals to transition from sign-up to actively working on the platform in a compliant manner.

• Go beyond simple UI enhancements by integrating AI-driven workflows and proactive solutions to address manual, high-friction steps in the onboarding process.

• Serve as the most discerning and precisely defined consumer of our internal credentialing rules engine, ensuring that onboarding receives the necessary resources to establish a fast, clear, and confidence-inspiring user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on marketplace or platform products that involve onboarding complexities on the supply side.

• Proven track record of enhancing funnel conversion in environments that are credentialing-heavy, regulated, or driven by compliance.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing AI agents or automated intelligence within operational workflows.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to correlate onboarding throughput with business outcomes such as supply liquidity and fill rate.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and deliver results across different ownership boundaries, collaborating effectively with engineering, compliance, and fellow product teams.
