Staff Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all product development aimed at enhancing our SEO initiatives.

• Formulate and execute a proactive SEO strategy to significantly increase top-of-funnel user acquisition.

• Lead technical SEO projects that encompass site architecture, internal linking, crawl efficiency, schema markup, index health, and more.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Category teams to integrate SEO into platform development.

• Design optimal user flows to retain acquired users and effectively communicate what Reddit offers to SEO users.

• Establish frameworks to optimize structured data, content signals, and entity authority for LLM discoverability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid understanding of the SEO ecosystem.

• Proficiency in technical SEO at scale, including large site architecture, programmatic SEO, structured data, and crawl optimization.

• Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience as a product manager.

• Experience in delivering and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute complex and large-scale projects.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a background in applied statistical analysis.

• Proven experience in driving execution throughout all stages of the product development cycle.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and operate effectively without direct authority.
