This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the product strategy for the search and shopping booking experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Spearhead the design and deployment of scalable search and shopping features.
• Integrate customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure alignment among teams and stakeholders by crafting compelling narratives around product priorities.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in travel technology, marketplaces, or booking platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence various teams effectively.
• Strong empathy for users, with a comprehensive understanding of UX principles and the capability to translate customer needs into user-friendly solutions.
• Proficient in utilizing data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate assumptions and guide roadmap decisions.
