Staff Product Manager – Freight, Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and articulate the product vision and strategy in line with the company's objectives.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from initial discovery to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Work closely with software engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products punctually.

• Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to inform decision-making.

• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on their business impact and customer value.

• Mentor and motivate the product team, sharing best practices and enhancing the team's capabilities.

• Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

• Identify new product opportunities and stay updated on emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or staff-level position.

• Demonstrated history of successfully launching products in both B2B and B2C settings.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.

• Strong grasp of technical concepts and agile development methodologies.

• Capable of mentoring, leading teams, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
