Staff Product Manager – Fraud Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Mitigate losses related to fraud and enhance operational efficiency, making a direct contribution to the company's profitability and the overall health of the ecosystem.

• Develop robust product features and experiences that have a positive effect on millions of users, corporate clients, and partners worldwide, striking a balance between security and seamless customer experiences.

• Formulate, communicate, and assess your product strategy with internal stakeholders to secure buy-in and guarantee support for fraud prevention initiatives.

• Lead product planning and create a comprehensive roadmap for your product.

• Collaborate closely with data and engineering teams to ensure actionable insights are derived from raw data, aiding in effective product decisions.

• Establish OKRs, goals, metrics, and KPIs, and monitor their progress;

• Oversee our backlog and facilitate meetings with engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in leading impactful product development with a proven track record.

• Highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills.

• Results-driven and data-oriented, showing a proven capacity to utilize metrics and insights to iterate and achieve outcomes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort in navigating ambiguity while making pragmatic decisions in unstructured settings.

• Collaborative and approachable, serving as an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.

• A sense of curiosity, a solid understanding of AI fundamentals, and a willingness to learn about AI are also essential.

• Experience in fraud is advantageous but not required.
