Staff Product Manager, Equity Foundations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and strategy for the core aspects of our product (transactions & effects, equity types, trading), in partnership with product and engineering leadership.

• Develop, plan, and implement a roadmap aimed at elevating our equity and cap table management, ensuring finance and legal teams can rely on the accuracy and compliance of their equity data.

• Conduct discovery initiatives to gain in-depth knowledge of equity structures in Ledgy's key markets.

• Collaborate with product leadership on strategic planning, balancing enterprise delivery timelines with long-term platform investments.

• Work alongside Design, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create clear specifications and oversee delivery in an agile environment.

• Contribute to Ledgy's best practices in Product Management, exemplifying high AI fluency by utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency across research, documentation, and delivery.

• Define and monitor success metrics for your team's projects, aligning enterprise delivery milestones with broader product KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS and with substantial exposure to enterprise-facing roles.

• Have a solid understanding of financial systems and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in scaling complex products across jurisdictions in heavily regulated or compliance-focused environments (e.g., banking, payroll, etc.). You are comfortable with detailed legal documentation and specifications.

• Quick to learn with a strong technical grasp and a passion for addressing complex issues.

• Ability to think across departments, easily identifying dependencies and seeking opportunities for holistic platform improvement.

• Familiarity with managing third-party integrations (APIs, partner platforms, broker connectivity).

• Genuine enthusiasm for startups: you move quickly, adapt swiftly, and bring energy and ownership to your work, even amid ambiguity.

• Proficient in AI tools, actively using them to enhance your efficiency and output quality; you have a forward-thinking mindset regarding the impact of AI on PM roles.

• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and a focus on delivering solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in interactions with senior enterprise stakeholders; fluent in English.
