Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a specific product area from start to finish

• Conduct ongoing discovery sessions with enterprise customers

• Create clear and well-defined product specifications

• Manage the constraints of platform modernization

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams

• Link product initiatives to business results

• Interact directly with enterprise stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management with complete ownership of a product area in a B2B SaaS setting; experience in enterprise SaaS is highly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering without the need for translation

• Proven history of applying discovery as a structured discipline

• Familiarity with complex workflows within enterprises

• Preferred background in real estate, facilities, lease administration, or related enterprise SaaS domains

• Capable of working in an AI-driven operational environment

• Strong instinct for prioritization

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
