This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of the vision and strategy for your designated product area.

• Serve as a passionate advocate for customers, possessing a profound understanding of their genuine needs, and convert these needs into use cases that outline customer and business impacts.

• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to design, develop, and launch comprehensive experiences that exceed customer expectations.

• Foster innovation by pinpointing and executing experiences that enhance customer workflows, facilitate the scaling of 1upHealth, and boost customer engagement.

• Develop, refine, and uphold your product roadmap, narrating the vision for what we aim to achieve this year and in the future.

• Direct the prioritization of initiatives, determining the order of development while aligning with our business strategy and customer needs, and provide compelling recommendations during necessary trade-off discussions.

• Make a significant impact on users throughout the healthcare ecosystem.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in launching consumer-oriented products and creating experiences involving data, APIs, and/or systems.

• Ability to distill complex or technical subjects into narratives that resonate with both business and technical audiences.

• Familiarity with data flows, ETL processes, APIs, and related technologies, along with an understanding of how various personas engage with them.

• Enjoy tackling intricate problems while maintaining a focus on the overarching vision.

• Experience leveraging quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to guide product prioritization and decision-making.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
