Director – Product Management, DME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and leadership to implement product strategy in line with organizational and market requirements.

• Spearhead solution development aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.

• Work across departments with CareCentrix teams to spot integration opportunities.

• Articulate and refine clear value propositions.

• Create robust business cases to advocate for strategic initiatives.

• Integrate customer feedback into product improvements.

• Oversee client implementations and manage the entire product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in the healthcare sector.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management.

• Specialized understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

• Expertise in Salesforce.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

• Skilled in Tableau.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Creative thinker capable of navigating ambiguity and resolving complex challenges.
