Principal Product Manager, Mobile & UI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch — converting strategy into a structured, deliverable plan that enhances where and when PandaDoc is utilized.

• Lead the product strategy for our design system, frontend framework, and common navigation patterns.

• Foster alignment between mobile and the shared foundations to ensure that PandaDoc presents a cohesive product experience across all platforms.

• Determine how these foundations will develop to support both human creators and the increasingly present AI tools assisting them.

• Establish governance standards for how teams prototype and deploy on shared infrastructure as the pace of development accelerates.

• Advocate for foundational investment — highlighting what it enables and the risks of proceeding without it.

• Collaborate with engineering leads on system design trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a minimum of 2 years at the Staff or Principal level.

• Proven track record of launching mobile products that have had a measurable impact on retention or engagement — this is central to the role.

• Experience in managing a platform or shared-systems product with internal customers — or enough collaboration experience to step into that role.

• Strong technical knowledge — capable of engaging effectively with engineers on system design without being one.

• Comfortable working across functions without direct authority.

• A clear and direct communicator who can simplify complex ideas without sacrificing accuracy.

• Actively employs AI in development — whether for prototypes, workflow automation, or task-specific tools, not just for text creation.
