This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will hold the primary product responsibility for company-wide integration initiatives at Proalpha.
• You will ensure that products, legal entities, and teams work together with established priorities to facilitate structured integration progress.
• Acting as a bridge between Product, Program Management, and Engineering, you will foster transparency, provide direction, and make binding decisions.
• You will oversee the group-wide integration strategy and develop a roadmap that highlights all significant integrations among our companies.
• Utilizing a transparent prioritization framework, you will fairly assess integration initiatives, clarify dependencies, and persuade stakeholders with compelling arguments.
• As the custodian of central integration products such as our API portal, you will collaboratively decide on design, technology, and ongoing development with the engineering team.
• You will proactively identify bottlenecks, escalate issues strategically, and clarify matters before they escalate into problems.
• In collaboration with product owners, software architects, and engineering teams, you will serve as the main contact for standardized integration.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in a discipline related to product management, technology, or business.
• Several years of experience in product or program management within complex corporate or group-wide settings with numerous stakeholders.
• A solid grasp of APIs, interfaces, architecture, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and technical decision-making processes.
• Proactive, with strong communication abilities, a diplomatic approach, analytical thinking, and resilience in a genuine interface role.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English for effective communication in an international setting.
