Staff Product Manager – Equity Foundations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and strategic direction for the core aspects of our product (transactions & effects, equity types, trading) in partnership with product and engineering leadership.

• Create, plan, and implement a roadmap to advance our equity and cap table management, ensuring that finance and legal teams can rely on the accuracy and compliance of their equity data.

• Conduct discovery efforts to gain in-depth knowledge of equity structures within Ledgy's primary markets.

• Work alongside product leadership on strategic initiatives, balancing immediate enterprise delivery objectives with long-term platform investments.

• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce clear specifications and oversee delivery in an agile environment.

• Contribute to Ledgy's product management best practices and demonstrate high AI fluency by utilizing AI tools to enhance research, documentation, and delivery processes.

• Define and monitor success metrics for your team's projects, ensuring a balance between enterprise delivery targets and wider product KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with significant exposure to enterprise-facing roles.

• Have a solid understanding of financial systems and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in scaling complex products across jurisdictions in heavily regulated or compliance-focused sectors (e.g., banking, payroll, etc.).

• Be a quick learner with a strong technical foundation and a passion for addressing complex challenges.

• Think broadly, easily identify dependencies, and seek opportunities to enhance the platform as a whole.

• Experience in managing third-party integrations (APIs, partner platforms, broker connectivity).

• Show genuine enthusiasm for startups: you act swiftly, adapt to changes, and bring energy and ownership to your work, even in uncertain situations.

• Be well-acquainted with AI tools and actively employ them to boost your efficiency and the quality of your results. You are forward-thinking about the impact of AI on the role of product managers.

• Exhibit a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and a keen focus on solutions.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and effectively engage with senior enterprise stakeholders; fluency in English is a must.
