Staff Product Manager – Equity Foundations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in scaling the essential components of our platform.

• Establish the vision and strategy for transactions, effects, equity types, and trading.

• Develop, plan, and implement a roadmap for cap table management.

• Work in collaboration with design, engineering, and subject matter experts to create clear specifications.

• Contribute to product management best practices and leverage AI tools for enhanced efficiency.

• Define and monitor success metrics for the initiatives undertaken by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a substantial background in enterprise-facing roles.

• Proficient understanding of financial systems and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in scaling intricate products across jurisdictions within regulated or compliance-heavy industries (e.g., banking, payroll, etc.).

• Strong technical acumen and a passion for addressing complex challenges.

• Proven experience managing third-party integrations (APIs, partner platforms, broker connectivity).

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; fluent in English.
