This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the Growth pod roadmap, managing everything from discovery and scoping to launch and iteration, with complete accountability for outcomes rather than just outputs.
• Analyze patterns across client interactions and convert recurring, fragmented client demands into scalable and configurable platform functionalities that benefit multiple clients instead of just one.
• Collaborate with Engineering to establish integration architecture and data exchange standards that allow Foodsmart to efficiently onboard enterprise clients at scale.
• Define and meticulously track metrics focused on growth, utilizing data to guide prioritization and assess impact.
• Balance the need for platform scalability with commercial urgency, knowing when to develop for common patterns versus when a client-specific solution is appropriate.
• Work closely and consistently with Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams to gather enterprise client requirements and turn them into product solutions.
• Participate in client-facing discussions to collect firsthand requirements, validate product direction, and build trust with external stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities from clients and strong commercial stakeholders with both empathy and clarity.
• Team up with PMM to support go-to-market strategies for new Growth capabilities, which includes creating sales enablement materials, determining rollout sequencing, and developing client-facing documentation.
• Systematically integrate implementation insights and client feedback back into the roadmap, enabling your pod to improve with every client onboarding.
• Develop the strategy for the Growth pod while ensuring close alignment with the CPO and commercial leadership.
• Promote scalability, configurability, and repeatability in all product decisions to enhance Foodsmart's ability to acquire more enterprise clients with reduced friction over time.
• Contribute to cross-pod prioritization and portfolio planning, incorporating a commercial perspective into wider roadmap discussions.
• Over 7 years of product management experience, particularly in B2B or B2B2C settings where you were responsible for commercially-focused product areas.
• Proven experience in overseeing a product area during growth phases—not just delivering features, but also constructing systems and infrastructure that scaled with the business.
• Direct involvement working alongside Sales, Client Success, or enterprise Implementation teams—not merely taking their input, but being fully integrated into their operations.
• Experience in launching scalable platform capabilities in close collaboration with commercial teams, including go-to-market planning, enablement, and rollout sequencing.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product development processes and tools.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Background in digital health, managed care, and/or employer benefits.
• Understanding of integration concepts: APIs, data exchange standards, and benefit administration workflows within enterprise health plan or employer contexts.
• Knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or health plan integration landscapes.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other government health program contexts.
