This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish trusted relationships with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, therapists, and clinical care teams to understand their workflows and business requirements.
• Facilitate workflow discovery sessions with clients to pinpoint areas for product enhancement and optimization.
• Act as the clinical authority during product demonstrations, customer meetings, implementations, and industry events.
• Collect customer feedback and convert clinical workflows into comprehensive product requirements, workflow documentation, and user stories.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and software engineers to ensure customer needs are incorporated into future product improvements.
• Record physician workflows, decision-making processes, and clinical procedures to aid product development and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Support Sales by addressing intricate clinical inquiries and offering subject matter expertise throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with implementation teams during customer onboarding to ensure workflows are accurately documented and effectively adopted.
• Validate new product features through user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback prior to launch.
• Contribute to product documentation, workflow standards, and best practices for future customer implementations.
• Represent the organization at radiation oncology conferences, customer advisory boards, and industry gatherings.
• Travel to client locations to facilitate discovery sessions, implementations, and relationship building.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, clinical, or a related field, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Over 3 years of clinical experience in U.S. Radiation Oncology.
• Background as a Medical Dosimetrist, Radiation Therapist, Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Applications Specialist, Clinical Specialist, or in a similar radiation oncology position.
• Strong knowledge of physician consult workflows, treatment planning, oncology documentation, and radiation oncology operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with physicians and clinical leadership.
• Capability to transform clinical discussions into organized workflow documentation and product specifications.
• Experience in supporting healthcare technology, clinical software, EMRs, or oncology information systems is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% to client sites, conferences, and team meetings, including occasional international travel.
