This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Gather and articulate business requirements while collaborating with engineering teams to transform these requirements into user stories.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead product planning, design, execution, and the delivery of product investments aligned with established success metrics.

• Create, communicate, and generate enthusiasm for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.

• Work alongside the GTM team to launch products and equip sales and marketing teams to achieve product adoption and growth.

• Conduct regular, data-driven business reviews to evaluate product execution and assess revenue and market achievements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.

• A proven history of leading successful product launches and driving effective product strategies.

• Strong analytical thinking skills, with the capability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative data for product decision-making, gaining executive support, and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, and presenting effectively to both internal and external audiences.

• A solid understanding of technical, analytical, and UI/UX design principles, with the capacity to delve into details while maintaining a focus on overarching goals.

• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability in interpreting ambiguous priorities, managing conflicting input, and advancing initiatives amidst complex challenges.

• Experience in cloud technologies, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of practical experience.

• Experience in creating products or services associated with APIs and developer experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with working in a regulated ecosystem is a plus.
