Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Direct and articulate the product vision and strategy in line with company goals.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery through to launch and ongoing iterations.

• Work closely with software engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to inform strategic decisions.

• Prioritize product features and improvements based on their business impact and value to customers.

• Guide and motivate the product team by sharing best practices and enhancing their skills.

• Engage key stakeholders, including executives, to secure alignment and support for product initiatives.

• Discover new product opportunities and maintain awareness of emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior or staff-level position.

• Demonstrated success in launching effective products within B2B and B2C markets.

• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineers, designers, and marketers.

• Strong grasp of technical concepts and agile development methodologies.

• Capable of mentoring and leading teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
