Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product strategy and execution for Superspace, ensuring a balance between customer value, business impact, and operational efficiency.

• Lead a cross-functional team consisting of product designers, engineering leaders, and engineers to achieve significant outcomes.

• Collaborate with Operations and Services teams to enhance workflows and generate measurable business results.

• Define the role of Superspace in serving diverse user groups, ranging from enterprise clients to internal creative and project teams.

• Create cohesive product experiences by synchronizing efforts across various product teams and initiatives.

• Design AI-native workflows that integrate human expertise, AI agents, and proprietary data.

• Develop frameworks for prioritization, ensuring that resources are directed toward the most impactful opportunities.

• Prototype, validate, and refine product concepts in close partnership with Design and Engineering.

• Foster adoption, engagement, and efficiency through ongoing product enhancements.

• Shape product strategy in collaboration with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and the executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 4 years in Senior or Staff-level positions.

• Proven experience leading complex B2B, platform, marketplace, AI, or workflow products.

• Strong product judgment demonstrated by a history of delivering measurable business results.

• A deep interest in AI accompanied by hands-on experience with AI-powered products and workflows.

• Ability to balance the requirements of customers, internal users, technical limitations, and business objectives.

• Strong product craftsmanship with a commitment to creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

• Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives concurrently in dynamic environments.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Capability to collaborate closely with technical teams and confidently discuss architecture, AI functionalities, and implementation trade-offs.

• Experience leveraging data and experimentation to inform product decisions.
