Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product.

• Transform concepts into scalable product solutions for Independent candidates.

• Facilitate user research and testing within a politically diverse user community.

• Develop and integrate emerging AI tools to enhance products and features.

• Design funnels that promote user growth and adoption.

• Validate concepts using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

• Report directly to the CPO while collaborating with design and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in developing tech products.

• A demonstrated history of successfully taking products from conception to launch and beyond.

• Deep passion for users and experience in conducting user research.

• Familiarity with emerging AI tools and foundational prompt engineering.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data and optimization.

• Knowledge of the American political system.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
