This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish and articulate the long-term vision for benefits products, translating business strategy into a comprehensive roadmap that garners strong team support.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to pinpoint differentiation opportunities and foresee trends in the HRTech sector.
• Impact product decisions beyond your immediate scope, connecting teams and ensuring a seamless experience across the Flash ecosystem.
• Act as a technical and senior reference in strategic discussions with leadership, Product, and business areas.
• Lead extensive discovery cycles, customer interviews, data analysis, and research to identify genuine pain points and high-impact opportunities.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and prioritization criteria, balancing customer value, technical effort, and business return.
• Integrate AI tools naturally into the workflow: synthesizing interviews, recognizing patterns in usage data, structuring product documents, and mapping trade-offs—enhancing productivity without compromising analytical depth.
• Facilitate squad rituals (planning sessions, reviews, daily stand-ups) with excellence, enhancing execution maturity and the team's delivery velocity.
• Track product KPIs and OKRs, iterate swiftly, and foster a data-driven culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the Flash ecosystem, understanding how various products interconnect throughout the customer journey.
• Think broadly, assessing how product decisions influence the integrity and experience of the entire ecosystem.
• Develop and refine PLG (product-led growth) strategies that promote organic adoption of the platform. Identify key moments in the HR journey to facilitate upsell and cross-sell naturally, independent of the sales team.
• Mentor both junior and senior PMs, contributing to a high-performance Product team focused on autonomy, methodology, and accelerated growth.
• Elevate the organization’s product maturity by ensuring consistency and quality in deliverables.
• Guarantee alignment, visibility, and ongoing collaboration with Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.
• Clearly communicate decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders at various levels, influencing without formal authority.
• Demonstrated seniority: relevant experience as a PM on mid-to-high complexity digital products, with a proven track record of impact (launches, scaling, business metrics).
• Holistic platform mindset: ability to view the ecosystem as a whole, understanding how changes in one module impact the experience and integrity of other products.
• Data-driven focus: capability to define KPIs and OKRs, analyze user behavior and large-scale data to steer product evolution.
• AI as a working tool: routinely and effectively employs AI in daily tasks—not as an occasional supplement but as an integral part of the workflow in discovery, execution, and documentation.
• Hands-on and autonomous: leads by example, proactively addresses complex problems, and ensures high-quality execution.
