Senior Product Manager, Lab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a prioritized Lab portfolio/backlog that includes clear hypotheses, anticipated benefits, effort, dependencies, and current status.

• Identify the most critical assumptions for each initiative and design experiments with well-defined kill criteria.

• Conduct rapid experiments (spikes, prototypes, wizard-of-oz, pilots) and deliver “just enough” product to gain insights—avoiding excess development.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to execute pilots and equip them to capture significant signals.

• Consolidate results into clear decisions: Scale / Iterate / Pivot / Kill—and avert “zombie projects.”

• Create streamlined decision logs and learning summaries to ensure alignment with leadership and go-to-market teams.

• Recognize go-to-market dependencies early (positioning, enablement, pricing, legal, support, etc.) and facilitate cross-functional coordination.

• When signals are robust, prepare a comprehensive handoff package (validated aspects, evidence, remaining risks, success metrics, proposed scaling plan).

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior PM experience in 0→1 / incubation / new initiatives (or an equivalent proven track record).

• Strong product judgment and technical proficiency: capable of drafting specifications, assessing feasibility, understanding trade-offs, and defining data requirements.

• Comfortable taking the lead: minimal delegation, maximum ownership.

• Demonstrated capability to run rapid, resourceful experiments and transition from ambiguity to decisive action.

• Excellent communication skills: able to produce succinct decision logs, learning summaries, and alignment documents.

• Leverages AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis—while upholding high-quality judgment.
