Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and implementation of a B2B SaaS product.

• Facilitate discovery and delivery processes.

• Utilize data to inform decision-making.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the product.

• Establish and track product performance metrics.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Engage in team ceremonies.

• Keep abreast of trends in AI relevant to product development.

• Proficient/Fluent in English.

• Demonstrated, substantial experience as a Product Manager.

• Strong background in Discovery and Delivery methodologies.

• Focused on business outcomes and results.

• Comfortable and adept in client-facing situations.

• Familiarity with product usage analytics tools such as Power BI, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

• Practical experience and knowledge in AI technologies.

• Leadership-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge and negotiate.
