Staff Product Manager – AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading and managing AI product initiatives from conception to launch and ongoing user engagement.

• Interact with customers to gain insights into their requirements and translate those into effective solutions.

• Discover new product opportunities while anticipating potential challenges and obstacles.

• Collaborate with leaders from various departments to enhance product strategy and implement process improvements.

• Foster alignment and facilitate decision-making across enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Develop significant relationships and promote collaborative efforts across functional teams, effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Contribute to technical trade-offs, design intuitive product interfaces and abstractions, and establish systems to enhance understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics throughout the organization.

• Work closely with Engineering to optimize the R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product launches.

• Partner with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure we maximize the product's impact for both clients and our organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management.

• Strong background in AI, including agents, context, memory, agent frameworks, and agent platforms.

• Capability to market and articulate complex AI solutions in a compelling and accessible manner for customers and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience managing intricate stakeholder relationships, including interactions with users, customers, partners, and industry analysts.

• Comprehensive understanding of data integration and API challenges, data flow within diverse ecosystems, data connectors, and the modern data stack.

• Experience with CRM systems and related ecosystem integrations is preferred.

• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate both business and technical subjects while adapting to various audiences.
