Staff Product Manager, AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and develop the vision for the AI platform.

• Oversee Eddy's strategic roadmap.

• Facilitate adoption across various functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product experience, including at least 2 years delivering AI or AI-related products.

• Direct experience in building or configuring AI agents, skills, or workflows—not merely managing the engineering teams responsible for them.

• Strong proficiency in AI concepts: prompt engineering, context management, RAG, tool utilization, and evaluations.

• A platform-oriented mindset capable of developing solutions for other creators, not solely end users.

• A cross-functional collaborator who can translate AI functionalities into business value for non-technical audiences.

• Exceptionally organized; able to manage a product roadmap, a platform roadmap, and an adoption strategy simultaneously, knowing which to prioritize each week.

• Most importantly, you are convinced that AI will fundamentally transform the way knowledge workers perform their tasks.
