This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with product leadership to establish and advance the Pod-Agents roadmap, covering everything from discovery to pilot, GA, and continuous iteration. You will play a vital role in shaping strategy, owning specifications, and executing one of our most technically ambitious product areas.
β’ Work closely with our CMO and the clinical operations team to gain a deep understanding of care manager workflows, identifying where AI can genuinely assist and where human involvement is essential.
β’ Establish benchmarks for AI agent features, including evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and feedback mechanisms that assess the product's real-world effectiveness.
β’ Craft clear, decisive specifications that provide engineers and designers with the necessary context to create the right solutions: these are not mere requirements documents but rather decision-making documents.
β’ Confidently navigate uncertainty. This role involves pioneering product development in a regulated field, requiring sound judgment with incomplete information and the ability to recognize when to pause for further learning before proceeding.
β’ Act as a cross-functional thought partner across Pod-Agents, ECM, and Access, facilitating connections between our developments and the broader care delivery model and partner programs of the Pair Team.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare, care delivery, or another similarly regulated and complex field.
β’ Proven experience functioning as a staff-level individual contributor product manager, directing roadmap strategies, writing concise specifications, and influencing outcomes among engineering and clinical stakeholders without formal authority.
β’ A history of developing products that interact with clinical workflows, whether for care managers, clinicians, health plans, or patients.
β’ Experience delivering AI or ML-driven features with active participation in setting evaluation criteria, success metrics, and post-launch adjustments.
β’ Excellent written communication skills. You produce specifications that propel teams forward and can clearly articulate complex trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Familiarity with compliance and regulatory constraints as primary considerations in product development rather than as afterthoughts.
β’ Competitive salary: $215,000 - $245,000
β’ Equity compensation package
β’ Flexible vacation policy β take the time you need to recharge
β’ Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance
β’ $50 employer contribution to active HSA accounts
β’ 401k through Guideline
β’ Life insurance and AD&D
β’ Work entirely from the comfort of your own home
β’ Monthly $100 work from home expense stipend
β’ We provide the equipment needed for the role
β’ Opportunity for rapid career progression with plenty of room for personal growth!
