Staff Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of Hostaway’s AI product strategy and roadmap.

• Plan and implement customer research to gain insights into property managers' needs.

• Identify the most impactful AI opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI-enhanced experiences.

• Establish methodologies for AI evaluation, including quality standards and success metrics.

• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for AI tools and third-party solutions.

• Keep abreast of developments in AI models and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS sector.

• Proven track record of shaping strategy across various products or domains.

• Strong comprehension of large language models (LLMs) and AI product development.

• Experience in defining and utilizing evaluation sets and quality benchmarks for AI products.

• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including tool utilization and orchestration.

• Experience in evaluating and integrating off-the-shelf AI solutions.

• Highly data-driven, with a strong ability to apply metrics and customer insights effectively.

• Proven curiosity and fluency in AI-related topics.
