Staff Product Manager – Accounts & Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and development of pricing, packaging, and revenue generation.

• Deliver billing as a product, which includes invoicing and payment procedures.

• Manage the foundational accounts for user sign-up and authentication.

• Design and direct programs for pricing and packaging experimentation.

• Collaborate with the Finance team to establish sustainable pricing strategies.

• Work alongside engineering and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management.

• Extensive experience with various business models including usage-based, credit-based, subscription, or seat-based.

• Practical expertise with billing platforms such as Orb, Stripe, or Zuora.

• Proven history of achieving measurable business results.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make effective decisions.

• Proven capacity to influence decisions across multiple departments.

• A balance of analytical skills, customer insight, and product acumen.
